Rotaliate stores the minimum needed to run the game and its leaderboards: a randomly generated account ID, your chosen username, and your game results. If you choose to sign in with Steam, we also store your Steam ID to link your account to your Steam profile.
When you sign in with Steam we receive your Steam ID and store it to link your account. We read your Steam profile display name once, only to suggest a username — the display name itself is not stored. We never see or store your Steam password.
Your account ID is never shown to other players. Only your username and a derived public tag are visible in leaderboards and multiplayer. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties.
Your data is stored on servers located in the United States.
